(Upper) The seed points in left central sulcus are presented on the left hemisphere in the lateral and dorsal views. The colors from dark red through green to dark blue, which are mapped on seed points, are seed indices sorted by inferior-superior direction. The connectivity patterns from the left and right seed points in central sulcus to their functional homologues are presented. Most seed points in central sulci are symmetrically connected to their functional homologues by callosal connections across hemispheres.
(Lower) The seed points in left calcarine sulcus are presented on the left hemisphere in the medial and ventral views. The colors from dark red through green to dark blue, which are mapped on seed points, are seed indices sorted by anterior-posterior direction. The connectivity patterns from the left and right seed points in calcarine sulcus to their functional homologues are presented. Seeds and functional homologues are presented with black dots, and the colors of lines, which are connecting seeds and their functional homologues. Most seed points in calcarine sulci are symmetrically connected to their functional homologues despite of limitative callosal connection in V1.
